Our story.
Prime Developments brings 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, restoration, and real estate. Two years ago we went deep on one problem that quietly ruins more basements than any other: water. We've since restored flood- and water-damaged basements across the Greater Toronto Area. So we've seen, first-hand, exactly how a basement fails. Now we build them the way they should have been built the first time: dry, warm, and made to last.
